Aufgaben
- Independently plan and execute analytical experiments for DS/DP studies
- Serve as SME for assigned analytical methods
- Contribute to study design, execution, and troubleshooting
- Implement and optimize new analytical methods with international stakeholders
- Author and maintain required documentation
- Evaluate, interpret, and document experimental results according to GMP/GLP and quality standards
- Lead laboratory investigations and change controls, identifying root causes and implementing improvements
- Drive continuous improvement of analytical methods, documentation, and paperless systems (DMS, ELN)
- Maintain analytical equipment readiness, including qualification, calibration, and maintenance
- Coordinate cleanroom and BSL-1/BSL-2 area compliance
- Ensure compliant laboratory operations, including material management
- Collaborate with external service providers
- Adhere to EHS standards and contribute to a safe laboratory environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional and international MSAT teams
- Communicate results clearly in English
