- •Completed commercial training
- •First professional experience in customer-facing position desirable
- •Enjoyment of active customer contact
- •High service and customer orientation
- •Friendliness and very good communication skills, even in critical conversations
- •Very good German language skills and good expression
- •High reliability and commitment
- •Flexibility, teamwork skills, organizational talent
- •Ability to work independently
- •Proficient use of MS Office and willingness to learn new systems

- •Handle customer inquiries via phone
- •Systematically address heating cost statements
- •Assist with general customer service topics
- •Support scheduling and installation issues
- •Manage online portal inquiries
- •Resolve simple technical issues related to devices
- •Adhere to established processes and service level agreements
- •Document customer inquiries
- •Process non-call tasks in the second level, including ticket creation and document handling
- •Manage incoming written communications from customers
- •Collaborate with operations and sales to resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- •Monitor the status of unresolved cases
- •Maintain the systems in use
