- Manage a portfolio of existing customers
- Build strong customer relationships

- Coordinate with Delivery teams
- Conduct customer-facing demos
- Lead customer workshops
- Serve as liaison between customers and Engineering
- Clarify functional and technical details with Engineering
- Review technical specifications for clarity
- Create high-level architecture diagrams
- Develop data flow diagrams
- Design API sequence diagrams
- Run presales demonstrations
- Facilitate enablement workshops
- Create user guides and how-tos
- Manage customer tickets and escalations
- Prioritize support issues
- Set customer expectations
- Communicate status updates transparently
- Support account expansion
- Maintain a personal forecast pipeline
- Provide internal status updates
- Write clear specifications
- Create decision notes
- Prepare handovers for Delivery teams
