- •Represent digital solutions confidently, applying technology and analytics to customer strategy
- •Act as a customer advocate, ensuring alignment and prioritization of internal resources
- •Collaborate with operations and supply teams to deliver optimal execution and meet KPIs
- •Manage conflict and navigate challenging conversations with tact and diplomacy
- •Monitor account health through proactive review of financial results and performance reports
- •Identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving solutions for customers
