- Maintain weekly contact with Site Managers
- Monitor overall operation status
- Follow up on complaints
- Address contractual issues
- Represent contracts and operations at client meetings
- Create QBRs, project reports, statistics, and analysis
- Revise KPIs
- Define customer-focused processes
- Standardize action plans
- Promote innovation initiatives
- Organize site visits
