Anforderungen
- Commercial apprenticeship, HR qualification, or degree
- Minimum 2 years HR, HR Administrator, or HR Generalist experience
- Good understanding of HR administration and employee lifecycle
- Working knowledge of employment law principles
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- HR systems experience advantageous

Aufgaben
- Support employees and managers throughout the employee lifecycle
- Prepare employment contracts, amendments, and certificates
- Maintain accurate personnel records and employee data
- Manage employee benefit programs, including Job Bike and gym memberships
- Support training and employee development activities
- Coordinate compliance for employee mobility
- Assist with onboarding, internal transfers, and offboarding
- Support recruitment activities, including candidate administration
- Implement and improve HR policies, processes, and projects
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR administrative queries
- Track and support working time and attendance compliance
- Produce HR reports and data analysis
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee information
