Anforderungen
- 3-5 years HR-related experience (post-university degree)
- Advanced MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong interest in AI tools with demonstrated application
- Experience in matrix or international organization (advantageous)
- Solid understanding of HR generalist processes
- Basic Swiss labour law knowledge, willingness to develop expertise
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, manages multiple priorities/stakeholders
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and dependable
- Entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on, 'can-do' attitude; comfortable with ambiguity/change
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; builds trust at all levels
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with attention to detail
- Courage to challenge status quo and voice ideas/improvements
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
Aufgaben
- Support HR Director in operational HR tasks
- Manage HR data and documentation
- Coordinate with Global HR team
- Serve as daily HR contact for all employees
- Prepare core HR processes
- Support global HR project roll-outs
- Provide timely and accurate data to Payroll
- Build strong partnerships with VP-2 level managers
- Guide managers on HR policies and processes
- Participate in recruitment process
- Offer first-level performance management advice
- Coach managers on employee relations
- Handle initial complaints and grievances
- Contribute to positive employee experience
- Participate in regional and global HR projects
- Maintain accurate personnel records in SAP
- Share insights for Global HR strategy
