Anforderungen
- •Passion for administrative employee service
- •Natural team player and strong communicator
- •Trustworthiness and discretion
- •Relevant educational and professional background in HR, Certified HR Specialist with Federal Diploma
- •At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role
- •Ability to handle high volumes, well organized, and adaptable to changing priorities
- •Knowledge of Swiss Employment Law and Social Insurances
- •Confidence in dealing with line managers and employees of different hierarchies
- •Analytical mindset with good problem-solving abilities
- •Proficient in Workday and Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
- •Excellent verbal and written communication in German and English
- •Self-reliant and adaptable to changes

- •Assist new joiners with HR-related queries
- •Manage offboarding of employees
- •Provide required documents and information to employees and managers

- •Handle inquiries and provide advice on HR matters
- •Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialists and HR Consultants
- •Ensure periodic reporting on onboarding and offboarding activities
- •Act as deputy to Team Head for onboarding and offboarding matters
- •Optimize supporting tools and administrative processes
- •Participate in HR projects
