- Drive talent outcomes and organizational effectiveness
- Coach business leaders on appropriate HR solutions
- Represent the business to Centers of Expertise and HR Operations
- Action long-term workforce planning and organizational capabilities
- Analyze HR data to address organizational dynamics and trends
- Optimize organizational structures according to group standards
- Build a high-performance culture through KPIs and targets
- Recognize and reward high performance in teams and individuals
- Execute succession planning for business-critical positions
- Promote diversity and inclusion within the talent structure
- Advise on and facilitate necessary change management initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and safety regulations
