- Process support tickets efficiently using Atlassian ServiceDesk

- Support configuration and use of workplace IT equipment
- Manage user accounts and permissions in Microsoft Entra ID
- Ensure data security and proper access control
- Administer identities, groups, and access policies in Microsoft Entra ID
- Configure Conditional Access and multi-factor authentication (MFA)
- Support and maintain Teams-based telephony solution
- Provide training and ongoing support to end users
