Aufgaben
- Perform advanced IT system installation, operation, integration, and troubleshooting
- Design and oversee IT system upgrades and new installations
- Ensure coordination with Cyber Security Specialists on IT system changes
- Perform Tier III upgrades of networking, IT, and storage systems
- Perform Tier III troubleshooting, optimization, and performance management of IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols
- Integrate enterprise, regional, and local IT systems
- Sustain current network operations or oversee their recovery
- Serve as Site Manager for Resource Managers
- Head up, supervise, and represent the on-site team
- Ensure program goals and objectives are accomplished within timeframe, budget, and customer satisfaction
- Provide performance feedback and coaching to direct reports
- Manage team administrative duties, including scheduling and time-off requests
- Coordinate team training, special initiatives, and professional development
- Ensure compliance with Leidos policies
