- Install and configure hardware and peripherals
- Maintain IT equipment inventory and hardware allocation
- Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and DNS issues
- Support IT infrastructure setup for new facilities
- Document incidents and resolutions in Confluence
- Manage user accounts and enterprise applications
- Collaborate with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams
