As an IT Administrator, you will be the go-to person for IT support, managing devices and infrastructure while collaborating with a motivated team. This role involves troubleshooting, contributing to projects, and ensuring smooth IT operations across the company.

Anforderungen

• •Completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist in system integration, IT systems electronics technician, or relevant professional experience
• •Proven experience in end-user support, particularly in Windows environments; experience with iOS devices is an advantage
• •Conscientious and flexible working style with a strong sense of responsibility
• •Genuine enjoyment in supporting colleagues with professionalism, patience, and a service mindset
• •Confident communication in the local language and business-fluent in English

Aufgaben

• •Provide proactive 1st level IT support
• •Manage client devices, including Windows laptops and iOS smartphones
• •Handle rollouts and updates for client devices
• •Troubleshoot IT issues as needed
• •Maintain workplace and meeting room infrastructure
• •Set up hardware and audio-visual systems
• •Contribute to change initiatives and project work
• •Optimize the internal IT environment
