- Practical experience in managing MDM systems, configuring and troubleshooting device connectivity, VPN profiles, and ZTNA policies
- Hands-on experience with networking hardware and services from vendors like Cisco, Fortinet, or Ubiquiti
- Familiarity with configuring and managing cloud-based networks, including DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, routing, security gateway policies, and Wi-Fi optimization
- Strong proficiency in English
- Empathy, patience, clarity, and a service-oriented approach when engaging with customers
- Hands-on mentality and ability to shape and improve infrastructure
Aufgaben
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers and 1st level support team
- Handle inquiries related to networking, connectivity, and infrastructure
- Provide technical support for complex customer issues
- Emphasize network architecture, cloud connectivity, and performance optimization
- Respond to customer inquiries with a solution-oriented approach
- Focus on network stability and secure configurations
- Optimize cloud-based communication flows
- Design and implement secure network architectures
- Include LAN/WLAN, site-to-site VPNs, and cloud integrations (AWS VPC, Azure VNet)
- Support the IT Ops team in enhancing support processes
- Automate network monitoring, device onboarding, and connectivity diagnostics
