- Natural problem-solver, structured, reliable, and communicative
- Curiosity about AI tools and automation for streamlining operations; comfortable working across Linux, macOS, and Windows
- Fluent English
- Prior experience with scripting (Python, bash), MDM tools, or AI workflow automation platforms (e.g. Make, Zapier, n8n) is a plus
Aufgaben
- Respond to internal IT requests and support tickets
- Manage hardware, software, accounts, and connectivity issues
- Handle end-to-end asset management for employee devices
- Support user account and access permission management
- Maintain and document internal IT infrastructure
- Ensure compliance with IT compliance and certification requirements
- Identify and suggest fixes for recurring IT issues
- Implement solutions to automate repetitive processes
- Use modern AI and automation tools for process improvement
