- Proven ability to run complex multi-party processes with disciplined execution and time-to-close focus
- Fundraising diligence fluency (DDQs, data rooms, LP engagement) aligned to institutional expectations
- Ability to convert complex credit concepts into clear IC and LP-ready narratives
- Open-mindedness and fast adaptability in new and complex environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and German
- MS Office proficiency
Aufgaben
- Lead end-to-end transactions.
- Drive diligence and underwriting processes.
- Negotiate term sheets.
- Manage documentation processes.
- Oversee transaction closing.
- Structure venture debt outcomes.
- Design and negotiate deal economics.
- Negotiate deal protections (e.g., pricing, warrant coverage, covenants, collateral).
- Ensure consistency with multi-component structures and risk controls.
- Draft and present investment committee materials.
- Frame clear downside and scenario analysis.
- Articulate structure rationale.
- Develop repeatable sponsor coverage.
- Build and maintain relationships with VC and growth sponsors.
- Build and maintain relationships with venture ecosystem counterparts.
- Sustain a suitable deal pipeline.
- Represent the investment team in fundraising diligence.
- Maintain institutional-grade data room quality.
- Ensure message consistency.
- Explain deal discipline and underwriting approach.
- Present relevant case studies.
- Own the diligence narrative.
- Coordinate across internal departments.
- Partner with legal, compliance, fund ops, and IR.
- Ensure robust processes and clean documentation.
- Promote best-practice operations.
