- Excellent written output quality (IC-ready and LP-ready)
- Strong attention to detail
- Consistency across materials
- Strong knowledge using AI tools for productivity
- High ownership mindset
- Strong prioritization skills
- Ability to operate in a lean team with shared platform interfaces
- Fluency in German and English
