- Strong financial modelling skills

- Comfort with liquidity and runway frameworks for venture-backed businesses
- Strong understanding of finance principles
- Strong understanding of investment principles
- Financial modelling techniques
- Valuation techniques
- Excellent written output quality (IC-ready and LP-ready)
- Strong attention to detail
- Consistency across materials
- Strong knowledge using AI tools to boost productivity
- High ownership mindset

- Fluency in German

Aufgaben
- Evaluate companies and build models
- Perform liquidity analysis
- Conduct covenant headroom testing
- Perform warrant economics sensitivities and stress tests
- Research markets and industries
- Assess and benchmark investment opportunities
- Monitor market trends
- Prepare investment memoranda
- Create presentation materials for recommendations
- Track diligence progress
- Conduct market and company deep-dives
- Write investment summaries
- Work with internal and external departments
- Ensure successful due diligence
- Support investment execution
- Maintain KPI dashboards
- Manage covenant calendars
- Perform variance analyses
- Maintain fundraising content
- Organize fundraising data room
- Ensure data room is complete and up-to-date
- Assist with reporting packs for portfolio overviews
- Provide private debt investment details
- Compile KPI roll-ups
- Provide inputs for IR and fund ops teams
- Ensure accurate documentation trails
- Maintain clean workpapers
- Ensure consistent figures across materials
