- Degree is advantageous, but not mandatory
- First experience in B2B customer service environment is desirable
- Teamwork and mutual support
- High level of customer orientation
- Good analytical skills and affinity for numbers
- Very good communication skills in spoken and written form
- Good knowledge of MS Office; Salesforce and SAP can be taught
- Fluent German and good English skills, additional European languages are advantageous

- Critically review and optimize existing processes
- Monitor customer KPIs and metrics
- Assist with internal and centrally managed inquiries
- Oversee and support external call centers
