- Strong customer orientation with friendly and competent demeanor towards customers
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Quick understanding of business cases and finding solutions for customer satisfaction and KPI improvement
- High level of responsibility and proactive work
- Very good structured, process- and result-oriented work style
- Strong analytical skills
- Teamwork skills
- MS Office, SAP, CRM (desirable)
- Fluent in German and English
Aufgaben
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing explanations
- Manage account setup and monitor payment behavior
- Conduct monthly account reviews and implement optimization measures
- Evaluate KPIs and initiate improvement actions
- Plan and conduct inventory audits, analyze results, and negotiate findings
- Process incoming requests and forward them to the appropriate account executive
- Collaborate closely with various internal teams
