- Continuously expanding HR knowledge
- Proactive and customer-focused approach
- Ownership of work
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Additional European languages are a plus
Aufgaben
- Deliver high-quality HR consultancy to international clients
- Provide interim HR support across multiple European countries
- Manage client requests from intake to successful delivery
- Ensure excellent client experience throughout the process
- Advise on a broad range of international HR topics
- Translate complex HR challenges into practical solutions
- Build trusted client relationships as a strategic HR partner
- Act as the first point of contact for clients
- Collaborate with Parakar's country specialists for local expertise
- Translate local expertise into clear, business-focused advice
- Manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Maintain high quality and strong communication
- Use HR insights and data to inform client decisions
- Identify opportunities to improve services and client experience
- Enhance internal ways of working
- Take ownership of complex client challenges
- Drive complex challenges to successful resolution
- Continuously develop HR expertise
- Stay curious about new developments in international HR
