In this role, you will actively support cybersecurity and compliance initiatives by collaborating with various teams to implement security measures and raise awareness. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include coordinating audits, developing policies, and ensuring adherence to international standards.

Anforderungen

• •Bachelor’s degree or apprenticeship in Cyber Security, IT, or Computer Science
• •Hands-on experience in implementing and managing ISMS, cyber security audits, and certifications
• •Exceptional communication skills for working with auditors, regulators, and certification bodies
• •Ability to work collaboratively across departments
• •Strong organizational skills paired with fluent English and fluent German

Aufgaben

• •Serve as a point of contact for information security inquiries
• •Support departments with implementing defined security requirements
• •Coordinate and support internal audits and risk assessments
• •Assist in achieving and maintaining certifications like ISO 27001
• •Collaborate with IT, Legal, and Finance teams on security alignment
• •Help implement and maintain the Information Security Management System (ISMS)
• •Contribute to developing security policies and procedures
• •Create and distribute security awareness materials and documentation
• •Identify and coordinate security awareness training measures
• •Organize workshops to communicate best practices and security requirements
• •Ensure infrastructure meets international security and regulatory standards
