In this role, you will focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences by solving problems and enhancing support quality. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with customers, managing support cases, and continuously improving the support infrastructure.

Anforderungen

• •University degree with technical focus or similar background
• •Basic programming skills using Java, C, or C++
• •Basic knowledge of cryptography
• •TCP/IP networking knowledge
• •Cooperative, communicative, service and solution-oriented
• •Very good English communication skills
• •Experience with ERP and CRM systems

Aufgaben

• •Ensure an excellent customer experience in collaboration with customers and partners
• •Support customers and partners in problem-solving to achieve high satisfaction
• •Continuously improve support quality and infrastructure
• •Act as a knowledgeable partner in support cases
• •Handle 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level support cases
• •Simulate customer problems in the TestLab and implement testing programs for L3 support
• •Manage root cause analysis for RMA cases
• •Maintain and enhance the support infrastructure, including the knowledge base and support portal
• •Collaborate with global support colleagues and other internal and external teams
