Anforderungen
- •6+ years of CRM/marketing automation experience
- •HubSpot required; Salesforce, Marketo, or similar a plus
- •Deep knowledge of HubSpot Sales & Marketing Hubs
- •Strong stakeholder and project management skills
- •Excellent communication skills
- •Hands-on problem solver
- •Technical fluency with integrations and data flows
- •Strong understanding of email marketing best practices
- •Curiosity and drive for continuous improvement
- •Fluency in English (written and spoken)

- •Ensure setup, governance, and day-to-day excellence
- •Act as a strategic advisor to Sales and Marketing leaders
- •Understand processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions

- •Prioritize requests based on business impact
- •Partner with channel and market leads for alignment
- •Coach teams on effective HubSpot usage
- •Support onboarding and continuous learning
- •Manage and empower a HubSpot specialist
- •Provide direction, coaching, and development support
- •Leverage HubSpot tools for process optimization
- •Lead cross-functional projects for automating invoicing
- •Ensure data integrity through imports and clean-ups
- •Oversee integrations with other systems
- •Collaborate with Data and Engineering teams
- •Stay current with HubSpot’s evolving features
