- MSc Degree with technical background or related fields
- Fluency in English
- Fluency in German is an advantage
- Experience in data analytics and visualization tools beyond Excel

Aufgaben
- Maintain HSEQ action logs
- Manage training and medical certification matrices
- Conduct safety induction training
- Oversee PPE inventory and related SAP requisitions
- Schedule and coordinate audits and inspections
- Track toolbox talks and HSEQ communication campaigns
- Support on-site monitoring against Risk Assessments
- Verify contractor compliance with permit-to-work systems
- Assist with emergency readiness checks and drills
- Compile weekly and monthly HSEQ reports
- Maintain HSEQ files and registers
- Ensure documentation validity
- Support document control and review of HSEQ procedures
- Perform initial triage of safety observations
- Escalate high-potential risks
- Ensure timely responses to all observations
