Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Proven experience in project quality assurance, ideally in offshore wind or related manufacturing industries
- Hands-on experience with product inspection, manufacturing control, and quality assurance of components, preferably electrical components
- Strong understanding of statutory, regulatory, and international quality standards
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, fluent in English (German language skills are a plus)
- Analytical, proactive, and able to work across multiple teams to ensure correct product delivery and installation
Aufgaben
- Develop and implement project-specific HSEQ plans
- Ensure adherence to legal and international standards
- Lead risk identification and assessment
- Mitigate risks and conduct incident investigations
- Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement
- Act as the primary interface for HSEQ matters
- Engage with internal teams, contractors, regulators, and clients
- Embed HSEQ systems into project operations
- Track KPIs and conduct audits and inspections
- Report on HSEQ performance
- Conduct assessments and audits for HSEQ compliance
- Deliver HSEQ training and briefings
- Develop programs for project personnel and contractors
