In this role, you will be at the forefront of health, safety, and environmental quality management, ensuring compliance and driving improvements. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve engaging with stakeholders, implementing HSEQ strategies, and fostering a culture of safety across projects.

Anforderungen

• •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
• •Proven experience in project quality assurance, ideally in offshore wind or related manufacturing industries
• •Hands-on experience with product inspection, manufacturing control, and quality assurance of components, preferably electrical components
• •Strong understanding of statutory, regulatory, and international quality standards
• •Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, fluent in English (German language skills are a plus)
• •Analytical, proactive, and able to work across multiple teams to ensure correct product delivery and installation

• •Develop and implement project-specific HSEQ plans
• •Ensure adherence to legal and international standards
• •Lead risk identification and assessment
• •Mitigate risks and conduct incident investigations
• •Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement
• •Act as the primary interface for HSEQ matters
• •Engage with internal teams, contractors, regulators, and clients
• •Embed HSEQ systems into project operations
• •Track KPIs and conduct audits and inspections
• •Report on HSEQ performance
• •Conduct assessments and audits for HSEQ compliance
• •Deliver HSEQ training and briefings
• •Develop programs for project personnel and contractors
