You will drive the HR strategy in Germany by balancing talent development and recruitment with essential legal and payroll support to ensure a seamless employee experience.

Anforderungen

• •Higher business education, ideally HR focus
• •Experience as HR business partner or comparable
• •Very good labor law knowledge; coaching/training advantageous
• •Strong communication, service orientation, entrepreneurial thinking
• •Empathetic, independent personality with negotiating skills
• •Responsibility, initiative, and structured proactive working
• •Savvy IT system handling and digital affinity
• •German at C1 level
• •Fluent business English (verbal and written)

Aufgaben

• •Deploy the group HR policy across your assigned scope
• •Support managers with team leadership and employee relations
• •Guide employees through career management and personal development
• •Facilitate functional, hierarchical, and international mobility
• •Manage annual and biannual interview campaigns
• •Oversee staff reviews and salary increase processes
• •Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and training plans
• •Manage the full-cycle recruitment process with hiring managers
• •Source candidates directly or through specialized agencies
• •Conduct interviews and manage the offer process
• •Monitor individual onboarding and employee integration
• •Handle personnel administration and time tracking systems
• •Supervise and validate the payroll process
• •Provide legal support for disciplinary procedures and regulatory monitoring
• •Contribute to cross-functional HRMS and e-learning projects
• •Support the Austrian HR team with recruitment and administration
