- Support employees with residence, payroll, and social security matters
- Assist expatriates, mainly from Japan, with tax and health insurance
- Review rental agreements for employees
- Collaborate with payroll on income tax treatment for assignments
- Manage local recruitment for third-country nationals
- Handle residence permit applications for third-country nationals
- Verify entry requirements for employees
- Update business travel regulations with relevant departments
- Participate in HR audits
- Ensure compliance with company and legal standards
- Act as contact for employers’ liability insurance association
- Coordinate in case of work accidents
- Serve as communication bridge between internal departments
- Liaise with Japanese headquarters
- Communicate with external service providers, relocation agencies, and authorities
