Designing compensation and benefits programs for global beauty retail. Extensive C&B and HR operations expertise required. Support for annual individual compensation review.
Anforderungen
- Extensive experience in Compensation & Benefits and/or HR operations
- Deep expertise in compensation practices, market trends, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build relationships across business levels
- Expertise in HR processes and data management
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Hands-on experience with HRIS
- Analytic thinking and KPI driven
- Hands on approach

- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel
- Fluent in German
- Fluent in English
- French language skills are a plus
- Scandinavian language skills are a plus
Aufgaben
- Assist HRD in designing compensation and benefits programs
- Monitor retail salary structures and annual salary reviews
- Review benefits administration and processes
- Ensure alignment with organizational strategic objectives
- Support annual individual compensation review
- Manage payroll compensation changes with external providers
- Assist in budgeting for compensation and benefits
- Stay informed about legislative changes and adjust policies
- Oversee HR controlling and analytics
- Monitor key HR metrics and headcount costs
- Support HQ and retail payroll budgeting
- Prepare KPI follow-up, annual, and monthly reports
- Conduct cost analysis for proposed changes
- Develop analytics to support program effectiveness
- Execute high-quality data management processes
- Process HR administration tasks, including contracts
- Become HRIS super-user
- Ensure service level agreements with service providers
- Maintain compliance with indirect purchasing policy
- Review and improve HR processes for reliability and data integrity
- Foster transparency and fairness in compensation processes
- Guide ethical decision-making in compensation and benefits
- Participate in DENS Health & Safety organization
