In this central role, you will lead a team of four while managing the full employee lifecycle and implementing global HR strategies to foster a positive culture across the company’s European locations.

Anforderungen

  • Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or comparable
  • Professional experience in HR management
  • Strong knowledge of German labor law
  • Experience in change management and HR strategies
  • Strategic mindset and strong analytical skills
  • Strong coaching, mentoring, and leadership skills
  • Project management experience
  • Hands-on mentality and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Business-fluent German and English
  • Confident use of modern HR software
  • Integrity, professionalism, and discretion

Aufgaben

  • Manage all strategic and operational HR processes
  • Advise European managers on HR and labor law
  • Implement global HR strategies at the national level
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding
  • Negotiate contracts and collaborate with external agencies
  • Prepare job offers using benchmarking and salary analyses
  • Contribute to European HR projects regarding employee benefits
  • Deliver internal training on change management and onboarding
  • Organize occupational health and safety measures at locations
  • Lead and develop an HR team of four employees
  • Mentor and onboard new members of the HR team
  • Maintain HR reports and implement company policies
  • Collaborate with departments within a matrix organization
  • Report directly to the Associate Director of Human Resources
