- •At least 8 years of experience in HR generalist role
- •Experience in international context
- •Willingness to travel
- •Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations in Switzerland
- •Good understanding of HR technology and systems

- •Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- •Foster a positive work environment and ensure compliance with employment laws
- •Serve as the main HR contact for Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Italy
- •Install effective processes to attract and retain talent
- •Ensure local employer branding initiatives align with the talent strategy
- •Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- •Develop job descriptions for various roles
- •Manage recruitment processes across multiple locations
- •Create effective talent pools and leverage recruitment channels
- •Implement and manage continuous performance processes
- •Act as a sparring partner for management on performance issues
- •Develop and coordinate learning and development initiatives
- •Monitor and assess training effectiveness and employee development
- •Develop and maintain HR metrics and reports for compliance
- •Provide recommendations to senior management to enhance HR strategies
- •Oversee employee compensation and benefits administration
- •Conduct market research and salary benchmarking for compensation strategies
- •Implement global HR policies and processes to support local strategies
- •Develop and optimize country-specific HR policies
- •Ensure compliance with new regulations and employment laws
- •Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement
- •Operate in a multi-stakeholder environment with international teams
- •Report to the Group HR Director as part of the global HR team
