Aufgaben
- Develop and implement a business-aligned people plan.
- Create and implement People Strategies for talent attraction, development, and retention.
- Challenge established organizational structures.
- Manage transformation and change projects aligned with Nestlé goals.
- Drive performance and talent management cycles.
- Achieve business goals, considering Nestlé's diversity and inclusion priorities.
- Support line managers in daily activities.
- Deliver key HR processes like succession planning and performance reviews.
- Enhance functional and leadership capabilities with leaders.
- Lead continuous development for internal talent.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with managers and employees.
- Partner with CoCs and HR Services teams.
- Drive functional development.
- Ensure strategic business needs are met with solutions.
- Promote a culture aligned with Nestlé principles.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives.
