Aufgaben
- Support HQ HR Business Partners with performance and talent management
- Assist with global Diversity & Inclusion and Mentoring initiatives
- Contribute to People Analytics and global HR projects
- Prepare HR reports, presentations, and relevant documentation
- Standardize and optimize HR processes for better efficiency
- Enhance quality and consistency of HR activities using best practices
- Partner with Employee Services on contracts and time management
- Coordinate with Global Mobility and Recruitment on administrative tasks
- Monitor HR industry trends to contribute fresh ideas
