Anforderungen

• •Adequate studies in business administration or related working experience
• •Around 5 years’ experience as an HR Business Partner in an international matrix environment
• •Coaching-oriented HR approach
• •Stakeholder management of multiple decision makers and cross-functional teams
• •Deep expertise in German labor law and works councils
• •Business orientation and analytical skills
• •Understanding business needs with a pragmatic and hands-on mentality
• •Well organized and able to prioritize effectively
• •Solution-oriented approach to work
• •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
• •Ability to project manage multiple projects

Aufgaben

• •Support key stakeholders in implementing strategic direction
• •Provide strategic and day-to-day HR support on various topics
• •Oversee strategic HR topics in collaboration with HR Centers
• •Ensure local processes align with global corporate standards
• •Advise managers on labor law and collaborate with the Works Council
• •Draft works council agreements for a competitive working environment
• •Collaborate on HR projects
• •Facilitate change processes to enhance corporate culture
