Aufgaben
- Partner with IT leadership to align talent, skills, and ways of working with business needs
- Strengthen culture, drive performance and engagement, and support transformation initiatives
- Ensure people strategy supports business success and meets global and local requirements
- Establish effective organizational setup and develop people and organizational capabilities
- Shape an environment for continuous performance development, engagement, and company culture
- Advise, guide, and steer activities, and build partnerships with management teams
- Drive HR perspective of business strategy, ensuring adherence to global standards, local regulations, and corporate governance
- Influence organizational development, manage talent effectively, and spearhead transformation and change
- Ensure liaison with Centers of Excellence and collaborate with Group Functions
