Anforderungen
- University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Economics, or similar education and experience
- At least 5-8 years in a similar position
- Ability to interpret data and interact with all levels of organization
- Very good knowledge in Microsoft applications, especially in Excel
- Strong English and German language skills
- SAP skills would be an advantage
- Strong analytical abilities
Aufgaben
- Support HR department activities
- Provide high-quality service to employees throughout the employment life cycle
- Manage recruitment processes and candidate communication for DACH countries
- Coordinate and execute new employee integration for early productivity
- Maintain personnel data accuracy in the central HR database
- Monitor local HR master data accuracy in SAP with local HR
- Assist in the yearly EOS process and support communication and action plan creation
- Coordinate Panasonic Dialogues and target setting processes, ensuring documentation and reporting
- Provide recommendations on strengths, weaknesses, and development areas based on collaboration with DACH/HQ Germany teams
- Act as first-level support for managers and employees regarding HR policies and initiatives
- Participate actively in HR projects
- Create and maintain organizational charts, SRFs, and JDs in SAP, Excel, or Word
- Contribute to HR projects aimed at enhancing HR services for PHVACEU DACH/HQ Germany
- Ensure compliance of HR activities with company values, policies, and legal regulations
