Aufgaben
- Advise and support recruiting managers and P&C Business partners on mobility
- Provide training on mobility processes and questions within INGKA Group Functions
- Offer high-quality support and service for co-workers and their families during mobility
- Ensure compliance with local mobility policies and governance
- Collaborate with Centre of Expertise on Mobility for strategic decisions and best practices
- Handle relocation requests and ensure seamless transitions for new co-workers
- Design, improve, and coordinate processes with global and local service providers
- Guide and influence the implementation of mobility rules and benefits according to IKEA values
- Manage people and culture data administration to meet service level agreements
- Support the implementation of new initiatives, programs, policies, and services
- Continuously improve and standardize service delivery for people and culture data administration
- Conduct audits and reviews of existing dashboards and reports to ensure quality standards
