Aufgaben

  • Advise and support recruiting managers and P&C Business partners on mobility
  • Provide training on mobility processes and questions within INGKA Group Functions
  • Offer high-quality support and service for co-workers and their families during mobility
  • Ensure compliance with local mobility policies and governance
  • Collaborate with Centre of Expertise on Mobility for strategic decisions and best practices
  • Handle relocation requests and ensure seamless transitions for new co-workers
  • Design, improve, and coordinate processes with global and local service providers
  • Guide and influence the implementation of mobility rules and benefits according to IKEA values
  • Manage people and culture data administration to meet service level agreements
  • Support the implementation of new initiatives, programs, policies, and services
  • Continuously improve and standardize service delivery for people and culture data administration
  • Conduct audits and reviews of existing dashboards and reports to ensure quality standards
