- Rare diseases and Austrian market experience
- Success in brand launches and leadership
- Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities
- Comfortable operating in matrix environments
- Fluency in German and English
Aufgaben
- Lead the national Hemophilia, VWD, and HAE portfolio
- Take full ownership of product launches
- Steer strategic portfolio development
- Manage internal and external stakeholders
- Shape commercialization strategies for Hemgenix and Andembry
- Ensure long-term success for Hem A, Hem B, and VWD
- Manage sales for the HAE portfolio
- Align activities across DACH and above-market teams
- Provide strategic direction for the franchise
- Ensure alignment across cross-functional teams
- Build relationships with KOLs and hospital decision makers
- Engage with key access stakeholders
- Translate market dynamics into strategic priorities
- Lead and execute brand and portfolio plans
- Ensure compliant and effective customer engagement
- Track brand performance through defined KPIs
- Drive proactive course corrections for brands
- Manage complex national and regional projects
- Deliver initiatives on time and on budget
- Ensure operational excellence and compliance
