Aufgaben
- Manage product strategy.
- Lead local implementation of the Global Brand Strategy.
- Plan and implement marketing concepts.
- Create and monitor goal achievement using KPIs.
- Roll out multi-channel PR and communication plans.
- Monitor market and competitor activities.
- Conduct sales analyses.
- Utilize brand trackers.
- Share regional best practices and insights with colleagues.
- Assemble and lead the brand team.
- Distribute tasks within the brand team.
- Drive brand team agendas as a motivator.
- Represent the brand in the SMT and region.
- Monitor the brand budget.
- Create budget forecasts.
- Make resource use decisions with the Franchise Lead.
- Manage budget shifts.
- Drive product marketing excellence.
- Roll out marketing materials to the sales force.
- Communicate core messages to the sales force.
- Conduct training sessions during cycle meetings.
- Develop relationships with local and national KOLs.
- Conduct joint visits with sales teams.
