- •Experience in managing leaders and employees
- •In-depth knowledge of Lean, Change, and KPI management
- •Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
- •Business-fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
- •Strong communication and teamwork skills

- •Manage warehouse logistics in the high-bay warehouse
- •Ensure compliance with legal requirements and approval regulations
- •Promote cost efficiency and operational excellence
- •Lead and develop employees in the area of responsibility
- •Oversee facility operations under the German Federal Immission Control Act
- •Implement and monitor environmental protection and safety standards
- •Ensure adherence to quality standards like ISO 9001, 14001, and 50001
- •Manage inventory for the Central Warehouse West
- •Oversee operating cost centers and operational revenue
- •Facilitate professional customer communication and monthly billing
- •Encourage collaboration with adjacent departments
- •Act as deputy for the Head of Warehouse Operations when needed
