- •Ensure accurate and timely receipt of goods
- •Monitor put-away processes for accuracy
- •Guarantee on-time and complete customer shipments
- •Plan warehouse layout and space management with the FLM
- •Exceed established KPI targets
- •Lead, mentor, and supervise warehouse staff
- •Maintain effective daily communication
- •Support health, safety, and HR site investigations
- •Maintain inventory records and perform physical counts
- •Implement inventory control procedures to prevent loss
- •Resolve discrepancies in inventory records
- •Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- •Conduct regular safety audits and inspections
- •Train staff on safe work instructions and emergency procedures
- •Optimize logistics to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- •Verify that all products meet quality standards and SLAs
- •Manage returns, defective products, and quality control
