- Oversee daily warehouse operations
- Ensure accurate and timely receipt of goods
- Follow put away processes accurately and timely
- Dispatch products to customers on time and in full
- Coordinate with FLM for warehouse layout and space management
- Exceed KPI targets
- Lead and mentor warehouse team
- Communicate effectively daily
- Support site investigations for H&S and HR
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts
- Implement inventory control procedures
- Resolve inventory discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections
- Train staff on safe work instructions and emergency procedures
- Optimize logistics operations for efficiency and cost reduction
- Ensure products meet quality standards within SLA/KPI timelines
- Implement quality control procedures
- Manage returns and defective products
- Handle PWNs
