- Strong team player, motivated, and able to work under pressure
- Experience as Project Manager according to GenTG and responsible person according to IfSG
- Business acumen
- Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken
Aufgaben
- Lead and develop the laboratory and GMP operations team
- Optimize production processes for cost efficiency and quality
- Collaborate on lab-scale transfers and scale-up processes
- Supervise the analytical shift laboratory
- Manage environmental microbiological monitoring
- Ensure compliance with GMP and HSE standards
- Develop documentation concepts using digital tools to enhance GMP standards
- Drive change in alignment with company values and guide the team accordingly
