- Develop team structures for long-term success
- Drive strategic evolution of technical seller onboarding
- Focus on scalability, automation, quality, and operational excellence
- Use KPIs and performance reporting to identify growth opportunities
- Steer strategic initiatives with measurable impact
- Own the seller onboarding experience (NPS) from a high-level perspective
- Prioritize initiatives for maximum business value
- Collaborate with Operations, Product, Tech, Sales, and Customer Success
- Improve end-to-end processes for sustainable marketplace growth
