Anforderungen

  • •Completed degree in food technology, nutritional science, home economics, business administration with a focus on food/nutrition, or comparable field
  • •Several years of professional experience in product management, product development, or brand management with a strong focus on supplements, nutrition, or functional foods
  • •Excellent understanding of formulations, raw materials, manufacturing processes, and product costing
  • •Experience in managing complex development projects and high product volumes
  • •Strong brand understanding and a keen sense for target groups, trends, and performance products
  • •Structured, independent, and results-oriented work style
  • •Ability to professionally lead teams and development areas and to prioritize clearly
  • •Strong communication skills, decisiveness, and a hands-on mentality
  • •Fluent in English

Aufgaben

  • •Oversee international product development in Food & Sports Nutrition
  • •Manage development departments for bars, powders, drinks, functional foods, and supplements
  • •Lead end-to-end product development for up to 100 new products annually
  • •Create brand-compliant, high-performance product concepts within the IronMaxx portfolio
  • •Prioritize and manage multiple parallel development projects
  • •Collaborate closely with purchasing, quality assurance, marketing, and sales
  • •Coordinate product development with production facilities and partners
  • •Conduct tastings, product tests, and optimization cycles
  • •Support product relaunches, formulation optimizations, and packaging adjustments
  • •Monitor market trends and competitors for product decisions
  • •Participate in assortment strategy, pricing, and margin calculations
  • •Travel to production facilities, partners, and trade fairs
