- Knowledge of food law and labeling regulations (LMIV, Health Claims) is a plus

- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Lebensmitteltechnologie, Lebensmittelwissenschaften, Ernährungswissenschaften oder vergleichbar
- Berufserfahrung in der Riegel-, Schokoladen oder Süßwarenentwicklung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Rezepturentwicklung, Prozess- und Produktionstechnik
- Erfahrung in der internationalen Zusammenarbeit mit relevanten Schnittstellen

- Develop and optimize new products in sports nutrition
- Design and implement new product concepts and assortment extensions
- Provide technical guidance in recipe formulation and texture optimization
- Coordinate with production facilities for product sampling and approvals
- Conduct tastings to ensure product quality and flavor optimization
- Perform market and trend research to identify innovations
- Manage product development projects from idea to launch
- Select and maintain supplier relationships for efficient supply chains
- Review and approve product specifications and claims
- Maintain product master data and support quality documentation
- Attend trade fairs, tastings, and supplier visits
