- Ability to analyze complex operational challenges, implement solutions, and sustain improvements
- Fluency in spoken and written English; additional languages (German, French, Spanish) are a plus
Aufgaben
- Develop and deploy the regional strategic roadmap for the Operational Excellence program
- Lead the launch and progression of the AGRANA OpEx Program
- Align operational goals with Division strategic and tactical priorities
- Establish governance structures and management routines
- Drive effective communication within teams
- Strengthen problem solving and operational performance through the OpEx Program framework
- Conduct Value Stream Mappings to analyze and improve factory processes
- Utilize OpEx tools to deliver value and drive transformation
- Sustain the AGRANA OpEx program at sites to enhance asset reliability and efficiency
- Provide operational performance budgeting insights to senior leadership
- Identify projects for the division saving program to meet factory targets
- Track and report project status for the saving program
- Manage cross-functional and cross-geography teams to foster collaboration
- Develop a framework for OpEx competency building across operational roles
