Aufgaben
- Define and execute the BE&E strategy for Austria
- Lead a high-performing team in business excellence and digital engagement
- Drive innovative go-to-market models and optimize performance
- Collaborate with the ICE Lead on MarTech platforms and advanced analytics
- Act as a strategic advisor to the IM Leadership Team
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize portfolio value
- Enhance capability building and performance standards for sales and medical teams
- Localize global digital platforms and leverage analytics for insights
- Oversee lifecycle management and innovative models for mature brands
- Partner with TA Heads, Market Access, and Medical for integrated execution
- Ensure adherence to Novartis standards and regulatory requirements
- Foster a culture of high performance and continuous learning
