- Track and analyze performance of new products and projects
- Assist teams in implementing the food service product portfolio strategy
- Manage the food service portfolio effectively
- Develop innovative food solutions to address product gaps
- Leverage relationships with culinary professionals for product promotions
- Align packaging portfolio with market needs and oversee commercialization
- Coordinate projects to commercialize new concepts and products
- Prepare market insights and performance analysis for customer meetings
- Create customer-specific sales decks for QSR and coffee shop accounts
- Act as category expert during customer visits and workshops
- Drive trade marketing initiatives tailored to Food Service
- Track and analyze category performance to identify opportunities
- Monitor trends and conduct competitive analysis in food service
- Align local marketing initiatives with global innovation guidelines
- Develop expertise on market dynamics and competitive landscape
- Organize food service product concepts for trade fairs and events
