Anforderungen

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences preferred
  • Minimum 8-10 years of marketing experience in the innovative pharmaceutical/biotech industry
  • At least five years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record in launching innovative patented Rx products
  • Leading cross-functional teams at country level
  • Good knowledge of the German pharmaceutical market
  • Proven sales representative experience
  • Strong analytical and strategic capabilities
  • Ability to articulate a focused and business-oriented marketing strategy
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and omnichannel engagement
  • Data-driven decision-making, including the use of AI tools
  • Profound business knowledge and ability to analyze key business performance indicators
  • Strong leadership skills including presentation, negotiation, and decision-making skills
  • Strong team management skills
  • Ability to drive a team of professionals to high performance
  • Excellent German and English language skills, both written and oral

Aufgaben

  • Lead the marketing team and foster a culture of curiosity and high performance
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for Viatris field force promoted brands in Germany
  • Prepare and drive the launch of innovative patented Rx products, defining timelines, resources, budgets, and stakeholder responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with functions like Medical, Market Access, and Operations to align with brand guidelines
  • Coach and manage team members to build their capabilities and facilitate innovative working methods
  • Take overall responsibility for forecasting and budgeting for respective brands
  • Collaborate with sales teams and operations to drive brand performance
  • Assess and analyze brand, market, and competitors by gathering customer insights and competitive information
  • Identify market drivers and refine segmentation based on customer needs
  • Drive digital and omnichannel transformation initiatives
  • Work with BU Heads and other functions to ensure a well-aligned marketing strategy for the German market
  • Manage external and internal partners for marketing activities to meet deadlines and achieve optimal results
  • Ensure compliance with policies, laws, and regulations
